Mark Friedman, Esq. will moderate this long-running event that provides free legal information to the public that’s relevant to older adults and their family and caregivers.  Mark will present alongside Ryann Siclari, Esq., and Vikram Jagadish, Esq.

Mark will cover basic estate planning, including wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, taxes, probate, etc.  The program will also cover long term care planning, Medicaid, asset protection, and a presentation from the federal government on scams and frauds that target seniors.

This program is presented by the New Jersey Bar Foundation, and will be available both in person in New Brunswick, NJ, and online.
