Larry Friedman and Mark Friedman are frequent speakers on elder law, special needs and trusts and estates law. Larry and Mark regularly speak at public events and work with the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE) on educational programs for attorneys, as well as the New Jersey State Bar Foundation on programs for the public.

Mark Friedman, as Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Elder and Disability Law Section, will moderate this program that provides an introduction to Elder Law for attorneys who are new to this practice area.  Mark will speak on applying for Medicaid, and moderate programs on estate planning, asset protection and long term care planning, guardianships, Medicaid appeals and fair hearings, and more.
